This isn't possible on non-rooted phones, but Greenify now includes the ability to add a "hibernate all" shortcut to your home screen. That way, when you're sticking your phone back in your pocket, you can just tap the hibernate shortcut and Greenify will manually hibernate all your chosen apps so they don't run in the background.
